About the journal “Bulletin of legislative problems”

A scientific and practical journal “Bulletin of legislative problems” founded in the framework of the priority areas of paragraph 12 of the State Program for the Implementation of the Strategy of Action for the five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017–2021, in the “Year of the Development of Science, Education and Digital Economy”, in accordance with the Joint deсree of the Kengashes of the Legislative Chamber and the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 25, 2020, № 480–IV/GD-131–IV.

The journal registered by the Agency of Information and Mass Communications under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 30, 2020 under No.1135. Included in the list of scientific publications recommended by the Supreme attestation commission at the Cabinet Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the publication of the main scientific results of dissertations in law and political sciences.

The main purpose of the publication is to strengthen the scientific validity of the laws adopted in our country and to increase the effectiveness of parliamentary activity by providing broad coverage of issues revealing legislative problems in the articles, materials of scientific and practical research in the field of rulemaking and parliamentarism, scientific, comparative analysis of national and foreign legislation.

The Journal is published 4 times a year (once a quarter)

The procedure and requirements for submitting articles to a scientific and practical journal “Bulletin of legislative problems”:

articles are accepted until the 15th of the second month of each quarter;

articles must be written in Uzbek (Latin script) Russian and English; can be sent via the Telegram social network in electronic form to the address: https://t.me/lpriuz_info или info@lpri.uz;

the submitted articles should be relevant to the topic, based on scientific analysis, the author’s views should be logically complete, the text of the article should be edited, with practical suggestions and recommendations;

the author is personally responsible for the accuracy of the statistics, references and quotations presented in the article;

the text of the article should be submitted in MS WORD, in A4 format with a space of 2 cm at the top and bottom, 3 cm left, 1.5 cm right, font Times New Roman 14th pin with 1.5 interval, the volume is from 6 to 10 pages;

the title of the article, author’s name, academic degree and academic title, place of work (or study) and position, abstract and keywords should be given in full in Uzbek, Russian and English, and the text and content of translations in these languages should correspond to each other;

articles received by the editorial board will not be returned to the authors; articles that do not meet the requirements of the editorial board will not be considered.
